At Bagaholic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your new accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Bagaholic account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the handbag or accessory in its original dust bag and designer packaging, ensuring all authenticity cards and security tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
